Throughout his legal career, Attorney Lee H. Davis has provided a broad range of civil and commercial professional services to individual consumers and small business enterprises. He has furnished professional legal services to struggling homeowners facing foreclosures throughout central and west Florida spanning from Lakeland to Tampa and Saint Petersburg to New Port Richey. He has defended Florida foreclosure actions initiated by some of the country’s largest mortgage lenders such as Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Davis is passionate about fighting for the rights of homeowners, consumers and business owners who are often taken advantage of by mortgage lenders, banks and insurance companies. In fact, he has built much of his practice around vigorously litigating cases filings on behalf of consumers and small businesses against debt collectors, banks, credit-card companies and insurance companies.
Mr. Davis is also an experienced advocate for those who have been injured in an automobile accident or slip-and-fall, and has helped hundreds of individuals in need of filing for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13.
A central-Florida native and graduate of Winter Park High School, Mr. Davis received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his law degree from South Texas College of Law before returning to Florida. He is a member of the state bars of Texas and Florida.
